ABOUT YEF

In 2002 Matt Yildizlar and SUNY have signed a unique agreement whereby  up to 4 students at any given year will be allowed to study with an in-state tuition at the University at Buffalo.

​The fund’s goal is to provide college education in the States for four gifted underprivileged students per year however; there is no limit to this really. With any extra help we can add to the number of students participating and/or extend their education beyond undergraduate studies.

YEF also supports partnerships with UB and Turkish Universities. One of the fine examples of this is the long standing dual diploma program between UB and ITU (Istanbul Technical University) where each year many students graduate with both university's diplomas. YEF was instrumental in the establishment of this program by supporting the SUNY and UB delegates in making this program a success.
